1. Quotes
All quotes are based on information you provide. Quotes are valid for 7 days and are honoured on pickup provided the vehicle matches the description. Misrepresentation may result in offer adjustment.
2. Pickup
Free pickup is provided across all Greater Auckland suburbs. Same-day pickup is subject to call timing and truck availability. We aim for 2–4 hour response, midday calls or later may be next-day.
3. Payment
Payment is made on collection — cash or bank transfer at your preference. Payment is made before the vehicle is loaded onto our truck.
4. Ownership
You must be the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorised representative). Vehicles under finance security cannot be sold without lender discharge.
5. NZTA Paperwork
We complete the NZTA notice of disposal at collection. This legally transfers responsibility from your name.
6. Liability
Car Wreckers Auckland's liability is limited to the agreed cash offer. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
